Hi, I just received my Kromski Harp - 16".

The video shows using a candle to melt the cords together.  Is there a better way to do it than that?

These are the cords that go around each end to hold the dowel to the warp.  I don't know the exact name.

Help with the navigation on Weavolution

If you are logged in to weavolution.com, you will see the Members Only links in the orange box at the top of the page. Click on Groups. A page opens with an alphabetical list. You can also do a search. In this case, I searched for 'kromski'.

Select the Group you want to view. In the left side column, you will find the link to Join that specific group.
