It was neat getting to hear about Louise's jacket, see Carla's handwoven fabric (from Thailand!), see the adorable teddy bears that jennybellairs is making, and help figure out how to sew the apron that weeweaver was working on!  (I think it was weeweaver...if I got it wrong please correct me!)

If you missed it, no worries...we'll have another meeting next week, and you can join in then!

Weeweaver (not verified)

Hi Folks, After driving for over 1000 miles this week, I was just too tired to stay up for the meeting. I am still recovering from the 425 mile day I had earlier this week, so taking it very easy today. Sorry to miss the event, but I'll try again next week. And Tien, it's dishtowels this time and maybe an apron later, if this works.

Sorry to have missed the demonettes. We had a obligation. Hope to be there next time. Out to the shed to weave on my edging bands.

Tien, it is great to see such great participation!  I am on my 3rd project as group leader for Shrunken Heads.

I sure enjoyed meeting the others on webex yesterday. I loved getting input on how to go forward with the little girl's apron. I can see some workable options now. Thanks so much, Tien, for leading the conversation!

Thanks for organising the Webex meeting, great to talk to everyone yesterday. The jacket is finished and looks great. In case anyone thinks that I had to stay up all night I got to bed at 1 am, that's fine I'm a night person. Photos to follow at the end of the week

Louiseinoz, after hearing about your jacket yesterday, I'm really looking forward to seeing pics. It sounds like a very interesting project. (so nice to "meet" you, too)
