It has taken me several days but with the aid of Joanne's book, Laila Lundell's book and Becky Ashenden's video, my loom is tied up with 4 shafts as a countermarche loom and I am weaving!!!  I got it right the first time, no adjustments needed and it's such wonderful fun I could sit and weave all day!!!

Congratulations Claudia.  It took me quite a while to get a nice even shed on mine.  Once I did, I loved it.  And here's a tip you may want to try that someone told me.  When I only want to weave with 4 shafts, put the locking pins through the 4 unused shafts rather than taking them off the loom.  Of course, you have to make sure they're not tied up to the treadles.
