Cecily Beierle sent me these pictures with this note:

I entered a scarf in the Minnesota State Fair that I designed entirely on your software!

Thanks for the fun software!

I will be going to MN shortly, but will just miss the fair-I think it closes next weekend.

Cecily sent me this lovely note with some pictures of her newest scarf:

Helen, I wanted to share my latest WIF n Proof project. I designed this to show off yarns I spun on my newest spinning wheel, the Ashford Joy. The pattern was inspired by a silk scarf a friend of mine has that was mostly yellow gold lozenges with dark green and burgundy centers. I had just a tiny amount if the gold yarn, so I spun a bunch of the green merino/tencel fiber and a little purple of the same from my stash. Then I had enough for the whole project. This weaving draft came from Strickler's book of Eight Shaft Patterns. Once again, your software is so handy! It gave me the opportunity to see how the colors would play. I wove it on the Leclerc Voyager 12-shaft hand loom. I used a screenshot of the liftplan as my guide next to the loom. Thank you!!
