there are more but the photo upload just stopped. Phew! That was fun! It seemed the chroma got stronger as the value decreased. and the DOS increased. Lots of exhaust left over from the dark colors, I would say a 3.

that's all folks until I get the rest wrapped, then off to Mexico;)

In this pic the scarlet is clearly on the yellow side of 5R.

The Cathie's and Mary's values in the spread sheet were not and I was a bit puzzeled when we were talking about 5R on Thurs.  The name scarlet is applied to reds on the yellow side so this was all very curious.

I know that I was getting a bit confused with the scarlet term being used.  Now I understand more!  Are there any other color names like the scarlet that we should be aware of its special use?

One thing that I really enjoyed was seeing how the hue family would change going across the poster and wrap around to the next row down or up.  Naming the colors has helped cement more for me how the notation and system works.

There were definitely some colors that I am not happy with the notation that I came up with and will probably continue to look at them throughout the weekend to see if they should change.  The 2.4% Dark Brown didn't seem to fit in anywhere.  The high chroma Polar Red seemed to burn my eyeballs out quickly today.

Thanks again, Karren, for teaching this class.  I know I've been more than pokey with getting work done but I am being stretched greatly which is what I was hoping for.
