Hello everyone,

I'm sure many of you are busy getting ready for Pennsic. I just noticed how long it has been since we had a post here. I was just wondering where everyone had gone and what you all have been up to?

I've been very busy weaving. My latest project is not directly SCA, but I imagine my friend will use this baby blanket at events. It's nice and stripey and in plain weave wool so plausible! :)

the summer has been slow weaving for me but I am getting a few projects done.  Latest is a set of pilgrim bags out of left over wools. varied stripes and wefts. thanks for poking at us!

I haven't done much weaving at all this summer--been busy knitting--but I just finished off an inkle-woven band yesterday, and I've spent today warping for card weaving.

No Pennsic for me this year (waah) so I'm trying to keep myself occupied and not think about Artisan's Row!

I will get some photos up. It was a plain weave with random stripes then a simple 2 inch band for the strap.

I did also weave a rug for our Pennsic basket. Hmm, hope I have pictures for that one.

I live in the Outlands (Colorado)
