We need a logo and then a badge that can be put on people’s blogs.  Helps create buzzz.  Mary, Sally   Halloweave colors???  pumpkin orange, candlelight gold, ghostly white??

 

Forum, pics.  Claudia said she will create a separate forum for Halloweave,  Each team will then be a group.  Project pictures can be posted to form a separate group too.  Voting for “People’s Choice” awards thru the stars on posted pics.

 

 

Prizes.  Can be donated by anyone, advertisers, members, shops, guilds.  Need a donation bank corrdinator.  Claudia will help solict prizes from advertizers.  Some prizes will be awarded randomly, some will be won with star votes, some will be within teams for achieving goals set by leader,  for others all participants will be considered.

 

TEAMS: Each of us forms a teams.  Lead by example.

Events:  We need two big events: kick off and end.  FUN. Can be on Webex, 3 or 4 time slots or a long rolling event.  End event-show and tell-costumes- wear your project or your loom.  Three smaller events: random prizes from signed up participants.
