Once I finish this weekend's workshop, I need to get my Le Clerc Voyageur 100% set, as in fix the few heddles that are caught up with each other, etc. Then I'm plan to thread it for all 8 shafts, straight draw and just explore all the things I can do on that! I'm really excited to explore somethings I've been realizing, as in expanding on the fact that you can weave at least 75 different balanced cloths on the same 4 shaft straight draw threading, plus all the weft faced weaves, plus 3 shaft point weaves!!! I am just beginning to imagine all the things you can do on 8 shafts with just straight draw!
