Still trying to get my design down pat, but I think I am on a roll.  This one is larger, i.e. wider, than the blue.  Stiffer because of the hemp.  The button is wood.  Let me know what you think.

my 2cents.

I like your project idea, but I'm not so sure I would wear such a wide cuff... (it actually makes me think of a cuff instead of a bracelet)  I think I like the bracelet look better.  I guess my personal style would prefer a more delicate technique.  I hope the feedback helps.

cuff bracelet

I too prefer a slimmer bracelet...but in doing my research I have discovered that Artfire and Etsy both are FULL of these wide cuffs in fabric, beads, handwoven fabric etc ...  I am hoping to hit on something that sells.  I always welcome feedback, Thank you so much!

cool project

Just wondering if you used wire in this project.  I like the look, the button and button hole closure has nice style.

wire?

No wire in this one.  The copper that you see is 'metallic embroider floss'.  Actually the closure turns out to be pretty simple!  I was very pleased with it myself.

Good post

I am thinking that making a buttonhole in fingerweaving is easy. I did not realize that cuffs are in demand this year.

Have a good day!

cuff

I can't wait to see your version of a cuff in fingerweaving.  I simply adore that arrowhead design.  Is that what fingerweave does on its own?  Seems that alot of fingerweavs have that design, maybe it is the structure?  I LOVE it!  Let me know when you post it.  I follow your blog and I just joined Ravelry's weaving groups also.  Already making friends there too!

Thanks for sharing

I've been learning beading techniques and have made a couple of cuff bracelets with the peyote stitch. I'm working toward integrating the beading and weaving and wonder about the "pop" you might get on your cuffs by adding beading to your weave structure?
