The draft is an Estes miniature overshot pattern (Chariot Wheel #2) that I found in a PDF archive of her books. I tried both of the suggested treadlings and decided I liked the rose better.

As of yesterday, the runner is finished, dry, and on the coffee table. I'm pleased with how it turned out. I gave away the other projects I've done so far, so this was my first project for me!
