first projects are precious!

I still have my first project.  I thought it would be a 14 inch wide dish towel, but after washing, it was only about 8 inches.  Its among my dish towels and it always makes me smile when I see it.

Your colors are lovely - looks like the beginning of a great adventure.

I agree with Queezle...

You WILL look back and smile, too!  And you may repurpose this piece into something else.  My first scarf was repurposed into a shoulder bag which was awesome because it was so firmly beaten!  I like to look at each project and ask, "What did I learn about weaving from this project?"  And then WRITE IT DOWN in a place that will hold notes from all the pieces to come.  You'd be surprised (I know I was) at how fast memory fades, especially when things didn't turn out as well as you'd hoped.  Enjoy YOUR journey, and know that Weavolution is a place where fellow weavers understand.
