This is a wonderful rug!! Have you posted the draft?  It looks as though the jade weft was variegated, is that correct or is it the pattern that makes it look like that?

You did a lovely job, would really enjoy more pictures and a close up of the pattern.

Thank you, Claudia.  No, the jade was not variegated.  It is the pattern itself that causes that look.  The draft is in The Handweaver's Pattern Book by Dickenson.  You don't know how much your comment means to this newbie weaver.  :)
