Spokane, WA, Handweavers Guild is sponsoring a rigid heddle workshop with teacher Diane McKinnon of Portland, OR, Handweavers Guild, on Sat., Sept. 17, and Sun., Sept. 18, 2011,  at the Moran Prairie Library in Spokane, WA.  The workshop runs from 9:30-4:30 each day. Day One:  Selecting appropriate yarns for the RH loom, dressing the loom, completing a small purse project.  Day 2:  Hand-Manipulated Techniques. Cost will range from $187-210 for the 2-day workshop for non-members or 50% of that price for members.  Annual membership is available for $25.00 and would qualify a registrant for the discount.  Please contact me if you are interested in registration.  Registration deadling is September 14, 2011.
