Please record your classes and you are welcome to make the recordings available to PARTICIPANTS ONLY. Recordings will be available for one week following the class session. Then, it will be deleted. We pay for storage and there is very little included with the regular subscription to Webex.
If your group, or any one person in the class, wants access for longer to the recording, they may pay an additional $20/month for the recording to be made available on our Webex site. You cannot download the recording because you can only view it with the Webex proprietary recorder. it cannot be easily converted and, once converted, is too large to post almost anywhere.
Once class is over you can go to this page: 
And, once on the Recorded Meetings, you will see all the meetings that have been recorded in the past 2 weeks.
Click on YOUR meeting: 
And you will have a choice on the right side of the page to either Watch the video or Send Email:
