Am getting excited Am leaving at the end of the month to go to JCC Need to know if there is anything that I bring that is not on the suggested list by the school I am bringing my mandolin with me Just a few ideas for anything that you wished you had brought but had not I am driving down so I will be able to stuff things into my car. I've signed up for a visit in September... I've never been there, but I'm very much looking forward to it.  I'm going to go with my brother, who does woodworking.

I'm going to do the rug hooking... including fiber dying.  I've done some minimal rug hooking, but never the fiber prep.

Since we are coming from the west coast, and will need to fly in, our big challenge will be to figure out how to ship things home.  Particularly my brother's woodworking project.  His interest is more on the finish techniques, such as marquetry, so I suppose he could avoid the final assembly... any ideas out there?  We haven't yet emailed the instructor of this particular class, but I'm sure there's got to be a way to deal with this.
