Ciba recommends 0.7-1% Acetic acid (56%). That is much like your stock solution calculations. 1g or mL in for each 100ml of water in the rinse bath. Vinegar is about 1/10 the concentration so it will have to be 10% vinegar or 10mL for each 100mL of rinse water.
This is some thing you can make up ahead of time, say 10 mL of acetic acid or 100mL vinegar to 1L of water then just pour some into the flask when you need it. Label it.
