I love her book. I will be jealous of all who attend this workshop!!!

I did not own a loom or know anything of weaving. I simply coveted all the projects. Even not knowing anything, I could follow along. Her instructions are so well written. In fact, I used her book for information while creating my 2016 Halloweave project. If I could still travel, I would definitely register. I hope someone from here does get to learn from her in person.

I have this book sitting on the reserve shelf waiting for me; thought I'd pick it up first thing this morning, but we have a new 6+ inches of snow, and no sign of a plow.  I know the book is largely designed for rigid heddle weavers, but I am hoping for more bag inspiration.

Queezle,

You will find you can weave from this book on any type of loom. The pile work really doesn't require shafts at all. It is very pleasing! Have fun!

to get this book from the library yesterday (we got ~ 10 inches at my house).  Yes, I love how these bags combine woven bands and woven yardage to make unique and lovely bags.  Its a good next-to-the-bed book, I can look at a bag, turn off the light, and imagine how I might take this idea and run with it.
