The More the MerrierA 2-day workshop by Sarah Saulson, designed specifically for 8 shaft looms. Thursday & Friday, October 7-8
Location: Mendham, New Jersey (near Morristown).Focus on getting the most out of ALL the shafts on your loom, and explore how to combine several weave structures in a single cloth to create fabric with rich visual and textural variety. In this workshop, the participants will work on their own looms. The cost is $155 for non-guild members with a $5 materials fee due to the instructor at the time of the workshop. ($125 for members, and membership is $25 for the year.) Jockey Hollow Weavers cap their workshops at 15, so the student-instructor ratio is conducive for hands-on learning and a pleasant experience for all.
