i like the birdsdesign a lot; it looks a lot like the ancient textiles ;which technique dit you use?

The technique is brocade. Guatemalan and Mexican weavers make marvellous pieces.

The brocade technique was used in another piece I´ve posted yesterday. This one is pebble weave made in a backstrap loom.
donn't worry . i assumed it was pebbleweave because off the litle dots in the design.
both pieces look very nice.
Another fabulous piece!! Isn't it wonderful what two colours, some symmetry, and a weave structure that produces smooth angles can do ??? Thanks so much for posting these.
