Green Handspun Scarf

A plain weave scarf woven with my handspun superwash wool yarn.  It's a little shorter than I wanted but it is really soft and drapey.  I did a couple rows of Leno at each end, just to try it out.  This was my first time doing twisted fringe, too.

Houndstooth Bag

I used the directions for the Grab it and Go Bag from "Weaving Made Easy".  It took me about two weeks to weave and sew the bag but I forgot to take any pictures of it.  My only complaint is that the straps are a little shorter than I would like.  It would be nice to wear with the strap across my body instead of over the shoulder so if I make another, I'll make it longer.

Little Bag

Playing with weft-faced fabrics.  I used a lightweight warp and a heavy weft and really beat the weft hard.  The straps are four strand braids made with both yarns.

Toolbag

The pattern for the bag is from Handwoven.  The bag is woven on the loom then sewn and felted.  It was very easy and only took a few hours (spaced out over a couple days) to weave.

Woven Shibori Scarf

Dyed the scarf today, just waiting for it do dry before I untie the knots.  This was such a fun project!
