8 I got inspired by this idea of 1/3, 3/1 twill blocks when I saw examples of scarves woven in the structure in Interweaves, Handwoven Scarves. During more research, I found the structure discussed more in depth in Mastering Weave Structures by Sharon Alderman. This draft represents a couple of examples of what can be done with a straight draw by tweaking warp colors and by altering treadling. Additional options are possible if the threading is altered to form wider blocks.
